“They were reasonably priced and fast work. However, Tim said they didn’t need my car to match the paint as all other shops did, and he would get the right paint by the VIN number. It was pretty close, but did not match. After the fact, then he should me something on the back of an invoice that said something about having to blend if it was going to match. I said that’s what I thought they were going to do and wished you had just told me that in the beginning so I wasn’t expecting it to match. Also, had to come back because he hadn’t fixed something on the rear bumper he said he would and when I returned he sounded defensive and told me what a good deal I got and I didn’t even say anything about the paint match again, nor did I ever say it was a bad price. I just think he knows he was wrong for not telling me about it upfront. I would have still had them do the job if he had told me that, and I wouldn’t have even said anything because I would have expected it not to match.”
